Drive-by-blogging

Right, more than a little behind on my post-age.

I've got a trip, a puppy and a new truck to tell you all about. I've got a 'thinking blog' thing to do. And I have NO time to do any of it. Here's my sad little attempt a post for today.

Pictures are of flowers growing in my magic garden patch.. perhaps Kenju will stop by and tell me what they are, and the rest of you can hazard a guess at how they possibly survived MY backyard.

Whatcha got here is some tulips and some low-res purplacias.

Can't wait for the rest of the story!

purplacias? You're totally making that up.

Right?

You betcha! You got tulips on the left and purple irises on the right! They are very hardy, Cravey, so they may do well for many years!

I thought tulips didn't do well as perennials down here. Huh.

I woulda said poppies for the first pic, but it's too soon for that. If you don't want your irises, I know someone who would take them off your hands......

that would be me.

I'll take the word of everyone else above me.

Hey, nice magic flower patch. Now you gotta make sure the puppy doesn't dig them up! Did you take any pictures of the puppy?

Both my tulips and irises come up every year, Cravey, so I'm sure yours will do also. They're actually quite hardy. (and very pretty too)
