Top Five Signs

(that you're working too hard and sleeping too little)
1. You pour your breakfast cereal into your dogs food bowl.

2. When making coffee, you fill your cup almost to the top with creamer and add just a dash of coffee*

3. You forget to take your socks off before stepping into the shower

4. You reach for the pencil behind your ear and it's not a pencil, it's a Twizzler.
5. You call your Project Manager and when you go to hang up you tell him "I love you".

*Mandy, this proves your people that need coffee shouldn't be making coffee theory.

Carry on people.

OMG! Twizzlers!!!!

I am the BEST at saying inappropriate things like "I love you" to the WRONG person.

Lovely aint it?

I live in fear of the day I call my boss "Baby," which is how I refer to both my SO and my boys. My boss also has the same name as my SO, so this seems to be something that's just waiting to happen...

My boss is a female and I call her BABE all the time. But you know, we are close.

HA! I get into the shower all the time with my glasses on.

I don't think I've ever poured cereal into the cat's bowl, though. I did once put juice on it instead of milk...LOL

I once had a builder tell me that he loved me - and then he called me "baby".

I laughed and said "Oh, you do?!"

Then he realized that he wasn't on the phone with his daughter.

I thought the poor man would die.

I, on the other hand, laughed until I cried.

I have put my remote/phone/newspaper/book in the freezer, while attempting to store ice cream on the couch or in the cupboard.

I call one of my (male) co-workers "Sugar Britches", but that is totally on purpose.

I bet my dog would LOVE IT if I accidentally put cereal in her bowl. She loves oatmeal, at least.

When I make coffee, I PREFER the 90% creamer to 10% coffee method. (no one ever accused me of liking coffee too much, though... also, I am a creamer-aholic).

I am a "you too-er" as in... whatever someone says to me when they are hanging up the phone usually gets a "yeah, you too". Mostly this is ok, and I have managed to stop myself on some occasions, but mostly I will hang up the phone and think... now why did I tell that person to have a good dentist appointment? They aren't going to the dentist.

If someone at work hung up the phone with "I love you" I would auto-reply "you too" and then there would be awkwardness and I would have to quit my job.

One of my coworkers just did #5 the other day. We're still laughing about it.

Hi, just thought I'd pop in from Brian's site. Only yesterday I put a teaspoon of crushed nuts in my coffee cup instead of sugar and found some packing tape in the fridge . . .

You told your project manager you love him/her? That's hilarious!
I do the "you too" thing too. How embarrassing.

That's one scary list, Cravey. Maybe a little more sleep would be better than going the caffeine route...

Whaddup, Twizzlear?

I did the 'love you' thing to the babysitter once when making an appointment. THAT was awkward, even though it was a quick 'loveyabye'. I made sure NOT to be the one to pick her up.
